Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables for your project. Sada Labs retains the right to reuse non-confidential learnings, patterns, and internal tools.

5. Confidentiality

We will treat your non-public information as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law.

6. Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, user growth, or fundraising.
